The health and safety of Assured Basements family is our utmost priority. We will continue to conduct business with precautions until directed otherwise. During this time of the CoronaVirus (Covid19), outbreak uncertainty, the safety of our employees, customers and community is our primary concern.

• No more than 9 people will be allowed on-site at any given time.
• No contact required – All signoffs and substantial completions will be done digitally to avoid face to face contact. Historically, we have completed 30% of our build communication digitally and we ensure quality work even when the client isn’t physically at home to review.
• We will be cleaning the site prior to substantial completion with only the Project Manager on site to review the work. Furthermore, the cleaning and disinfection mentioned below will be complete prior to the review to ensure.
• A 6mm Polyethylene vapour barrier will help contain the basement from the entry of the stairs down. If our clients request a containment measure from the entrance of the home, into the basement, we would be happy to oblige.

Our sales team is happy to offer our clients a virtual design & quote opportunity, especially for those who would like to plan for a build but aren’t prepared to have us begin. Our sales team is trained in building codes, design and estimation and in many cases they can provide you with a very real estimate on the spot, with no hidden fees or surprises to come later.

Clients may elect to do their design selections virtually as well. With a screen share and a video walk through, clients can sign virtually as well if they choose. We recognize that these are unsettling times and whether you are building with us now or in the future, we want you to know that your safety and well-being are our first priority.

We make sure to look after those closest to us, our amazing employees both in the field and in administration. All of our employees have been set up with laptops and iPads as needed to ensure they can work safely from home. We have moved in-office selections online, and our build crews travel in small groups and wear protective gear at all times. Together, we will all get through this pandemic.
